Tarts Here's a Lemon Souffle Tart, and a whole squadron of them! The crust was delicate, the meringue airy, and of course she used real lemon juice and the poor lemons had their skins grated for "lemon zest". Poor little lemons look like sheared sheep when they are done but boy is it good.

| And that's not all, The Muffin revels in the memories of few formative years spent in England. From there comes our tradition of a Trifle (and crackers of course!) at Christmas. |
